Over the last 8 years, I built Collabim which became the most popular SEO tool in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (2 000 paying customers). Our team (7 people) did a lot of hard work to solve issues that seemed to be unsolvable. I eventually decided to sell the company and look for a new challenge.

What can I help you with?

• #tech-lead: building and leading development teams (tech vision, agile, processes, motivation)
• #product-management: building and developing online B2B products (Lean Canvas analysis, building the MVP, marketing and dev teams coordination, prioritization...)

I would like to

• cooperate with international clients/teams
• work in a larger team to improve my management skills,
• get an understanding of new business domains (finance, logistics, security, ...).

• Helping colleagues to improve their skills is the key factor to build a great team.
• Staying in touch with the customer helps me to better understand his/her needs.
• I love programming but I just don't want to code every single day. I'm experienced in various technologies.
• I have a deep understanding of internet marketing and its channels.

• Working in a completely remote team does not suit me. Great ideas often arise from casual personal interactions with colleagues.
